Linear Bottle Washing Machine offered comprise use of high pressure spray nozzles that ensures providing perfect wash to the vials. Being flawlessly fabricated using SS materials including the basic frame of the machine, we provide these with no requirement of changing parts for washing of bottle, thus saving time of change over. Further, as all parts that come in contact with wash zones/jet come made in SS 316 material, this also ensures durable finish values in these machines.
Machine is suitable for Pharmaceuticals, Foods, Distilleries and many more industries. Three-cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh water, dematerialized water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 316 on a heavy base of SS structure.
